If you are a Realtor™, we want to acknowledge the benefit that you often provide to Buyers and Sellers. Often your efforts seem unappreciated in markets that are tough or when houses stay on the market for long periods of time. At One-America Corporation we value your service to the industry, but we have our own systems for buying and selling homes.

However, this does not mean that we cannot structure a transaction which involves you or gives you the opportunity to get paid. Quite the contrary; If you have a listing that’s about to expire or a homeowner who is telling you that they are going to have to “Rent” the property if they can’t get a buyer very soon, then we may have solutions which can help.

But let’s be very clear. We are investors, working to provide win-win solutions which will add to our own accounts. We do, in fact, provide a great service to both Buyers and Sellers who either cannot get regular bank financing or who have a home that they haven’t been able to get sold AND closed. But we represent only our own interests. So rather than lose a sale to an “Expired Listing” or where an owner is forced to “Rent” a property out in order to help cover some of their expenses, consider giving us a call. For the right type of transaction, (and if your client agrees) we may be able to structure a situation where we can pay you some money on the front side, if we buy, and you collect the balance of what we agree on when WE re-sell and Close on the home at a future date. That makes for a Win-Win-Win situation! We like those and hope you will, too!
